The ocean and beach has had a profound impact on my life in numerous ways, from where I spend my time, to who I surround myself with, and influencing my career. Growing up in a small beach town in South Carolina, I was a young girl with dreams of studying marine life. However, in recent years, I have found that my true passion lies above the water rather than beneath it. Watching from the coast, I fell in love with surfing which took me to take a deep dive into studying and analyzing the sport of surfing.

Now, residing on the West Coast in Southern California, I aspire to become a surf writer. Although it does not necessarily mean suiting up and paddling out for a session to me, surfing provides me with the same expression and thrill as dropping into a wave.

On Wave Weaver, I’ll be brain dumping what my deep dive has taught me as well as furthering my education along the way. As my niche is competitive surfing it holds an amble amount of knowledge about athletes, equipment, technique, brands, surf spots, travel, current news, forecasts, fantasy and so much more.
